This commotion has only one effect: to desacralise the presidential office a little bit more by confusing authority with caprice and by making the choice of the head of government the mere result of an internal power struggle. How, under these conditions, could the Prime Minister possibly have the least bit of authority?
The other hypothesis underlying this poor scenario would be the President's inability to make a choice of conviction associated with a clear political line. And this scenario would be even more worrying...
