Vincent Toh Bi Irié is running in the presidential race in Côte d’Ivoire. A former Chief of Staff of Interior Minister Hamed Bakayoko, he was also Prefect of the Abidjan district

He is a Senior International Officer (especially with the UNDP), specializing in electoral issues, conflict resolution and good governance.
